To guarantee maximum availability and output of the MULTIVAC machines, we offer our customers a range of different maintenance and service packages.

Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance is carried out on a regular basis and ensures maximum operating time and optimal output of the packaging solution. It is used to help prevent faults in advance, and to reduce unplanned downtime. Together with our customers, we agree on service schedules to define the intervals and content.


Responsive services

Our comprehensive worldwide service network provides our customers with fast access to wear parts and essential components. Fast reaction times and promptly implemented repairs ensure that production can resume  as quickly as possible, following a fault. With our Tool, MULTIVAC Remote Assistance, our team of experts are able to access the machine control used for your packaging system. This means we can provide you with support even faster.


Fast and competent help in an emergency

If a fault occurs and you are not able to fix it, our service technicians can give you advice. The MULTIVAC team of experts will analyse the fault, recommend immediate solutions and organise the fast dispatch of spare parts.
